Not only does it happen all the freaking time, it also involves a great deal of itchiness, redness and a lot of squirming and trying really hard not to scratch down there.

But it seems like we might finally have a possible cure.

Apple cider vinegar is apparently a great way to treat vaginal yeast infections. The reason why it works the best is because it regulates the pH level and disinfects the area, freeing you of every possible infection.

Now isn’t that pretty great?

If you’re interested, there are three ways to use it for vaginal infection.

The first one is through douching. Which means that you spray the vaginal area with diluted apple cider vinegar. But you have to make sure that you dilute it properly, otherwise, you’ll be stuck with a rather nasty burn or worse, a really bad infection.

The second way is to take an apple cider vinegar bath. Dilute a little in warm water, add some sea salt, mix it up and take a shower.

The third way is to soak a tampon in apple cider vinegar and insert it. However, like always, make sure that you dilute the vinegar substantially.
