While the star-studded evening saw some deserving best performers of the year swaying away the golden beauty, there were also moments that took us all by a surprise. The unexpected out of all was the one when Shahid Kapoor was snubbed in a face-off with Shah Rukh Khan for ‘Fan’, despite his terrific performance in Udta Punjab.

Pink‘ may have got all praises and accolades earlier this year at Star Screen Awards but it was Sonam Kapoor’s ‘Neerja‘ ruling all the way at the Stardust Awards.

The award ceremony in question left us wondering when they honoured Ajay Devgn for his ‘Path-breaking direction’ for Shivaay.
