Here’s How Bollywood And Politicians Mourned The Death Of Veteran Actress Reema Lagoo

Social media was flooded with condolence messages after the news of Veteran Bollywood actress Reema Lagoo passing away on Thursday morning. 

From film fraternity to politicians and sports personalities, most of them took to Twitter to express their grief over her demise. 

The 59-year-old actress, known for her performance in movies like Hum Aapke Hain Kaun and Kal Ho Na Ho, died following a cardiac arrest at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai.

Besides working in superhit films like Maine Pyar Kiya, Saajan, Vaastav, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Hum Saath-Saath Hain, Lagoo appeared in a number of popular TV shows including Tu Tu Main Main and Shrimaan Shrimati.

She is survived by daughter Mrunmayee, who is also a theatre and film actress and theatre director. 

Bollywood has indeed lost a mother. You will be missed Reema Lagoo.
