Actress Shabana Azmi Takes The Delhi Metro To Make It To An Appointment

Considering the traffic in Delhi, Bollywood actress Shabana Azmi on Thursday decided to travel by the metro in order to make it to a scheduled appointment.

The 66-year-old actress, who had an urgent meeting to attend, took to Twitter to not only post a selfie with a co-passenger but also to hail the services of the Delhi Metro.

Last seen in film Neerja in 2016, the actress will now feature as a banker in Aparna Sen’s directorial project ‘Sonata’, along with Lillete Dubey.

Based on Mahesh Elkunchwar’s play, the English drama, revolving around three friends, is all set to hit theatres on April 14.
