Baahubali: The Conclusion may have been garnering praises and even shattering all box-office records in India but the film now seems to be landing into a trouble.

According to a report filed by The News Minute, a group of members belonging to Arekatika Porata Samithi in Hyderabad have filed a police complaint against the film for allegedly showing their community in a bad light and hurting their sentiments by using a ‘cast slur’.

The complaint filed at the Banjara Hills police station reportedly claims that the director SS Rajamouli has offended their sentiments with one scene, where the character Kattappa says ‘Katika Cheekati’ in the second half of the movie.

“We Katika people indulge in the trade of butchery, to sell meat of goats, sheep and hens, to provide healthy food to the society, as part of our livelihood. We are not harsh, inhuman and anti-social people as the movies try to portray us,” the group has said in the complaint, according to The News Minute.

The group, which is recognised as a part of the Backward Class (BC) category in the state ‘of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, reportedly requested the censor board to remove the dialogue immediately from Baahubali 2 : The Conclusion.

No case has been registered yet, as per the report.

Starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Ramya Krishnan, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah Bhatia, Baahbali: The Conclusion has already broken the opening weekend box office records of Salman Khan’s Sultan and Aamir’s Dangal.
