Following the deadly attacks in Paris, hacker group Anonymous has declared war against terror group Islamic State (IS).
According to Mirror, the prolific hacking group released video to proclaim its intent. It also tweeted out a warning:
Make no mistake: #Anonymous is at war with #Daesh . We won’t stop opposing #IslamicState . We’re also better hackers. #OpISIS
— Anonymous (@GroupAnon) November 15, 2015
In the 2.30-minute video, a person wearing a mask says: ” Anonymous from all over the world will hunt you down. You should know that we will find you, and we will not let you go.
“We will launch the biggest operation ever against you,” the masked speaker warns.
The hacker group presently runs the #OpISIS campaign and has exposed hundreds of accounts of alleged ISIS supporters on Twitter. It also sends geo-location of these accounts to security agencies in Europe and the US.
